Meet Terry
I know what it’s like to face challenges that shake you to your core. I grew up in a difficult home, battled self-doubt, overcame personal and professional setbacks, and in 2022, survived a quintuple bypass heart surgery. Just a few months later, I was diagnosed with stage 3b colon cancer, now stage 4. Through it all, I’ve learned that life isn’t about avoiding hardship it’s about finding strength in the middle of it, courage to face tomorrow, and hope that anchors you no matter the outcome.
Over the years, I’ve been a pastor, leader, business coach, author, and speaker. I’ve worked with leaders, teams, and individuals, helping them get clear on what matters most and create lives and organizations that reflect it. My own journey, shaped by faith, perseverance, and a belief that no one should have to walk through adversity alone, is what drives me to do what I do today.
When we work together, it’s not just about goals or strategies; it’s about walking with you, equipping you with tools, and helping you live with strength, courage, and unyielding hope.
